1. Introduction

SOLO ("we," "our," or "us") is a workout RPG and habit tracker. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and — just as importantly — what it does not collect, since SOLO was built to keep your data on your own device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

SOLO does not collect, transmit, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or any account credentials — there is no account and no sign-up
• Usage analytics, session data, or crash reports
• Advertising identifiers or data used for advertising
• Your location

SOLO contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and makes no network requests to send your data anywhere.

3. Information Stored On Your Device

To run the app, SOLO stores the following data locally on your device only, using on-device storage (never a remote server or cloud account):

• Player Profile: The name you enter and your chosen rank/level
• Progress Data: EXP, stats, gold, inventory, Tower progress, streaks, and achievements
• App Preferences: Settings such as notification and widget preferences

This data lives in the app's local storage on your phone. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy of it and no way to recover it.

4. Apple Health / Health Connect Data

If you grant permission, SOLO reads your daily step count from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) to recharge your in-game MP stat. This access is:

• Read-only — SOLO never writes to your Health data
• On-device only — step counts are read and used locally and are never transmitted anywhere
• Optional — you can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device's system settings, and the app remains fully usable

5. Notifications

SOLO can send local reminder notifications (e.g. for your Daily Quest). These are scheduled entirely on your device by the operating system and do not involve any external notification service.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with anyone — there is nothing for us to share, since SOLO has no server and no account system to hold it in the first place.

7. Data Security

Because your data never leaves your device, its security is governed by your device's own protections (passcode, device encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device's operating system and lock screen security up to date.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Since SOLO holds no personal data of yours on any server:

• You can view, change, or erase your data at any time from within the app
• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored Player data
• Revoking Health permissions in your device settings stops all step-data access immediately

There is no account to delete and no request needed — you are always in full control on your own device.

9. Children's Privacy

SOLO is not intended for users under 13 years of age. Because SOLO collects no personal information from anyone, it does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

SOLO provides general fitness, style, and self-improvement guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

SOLO is not a medical or healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional before starting any exercise program — especially if you have a medical condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

You use SOLO and any guidance it provides at your own risk.

11. International Users, GDPR & CCPA

Because SOLO does not collect, store, or process personal data on any server, there is no personal data for us to process under the GDPR, no data to disclose or delete under the CCPA, and no cross-border data transfer of any kind. If this ever changes — for example if we add an optional cloud sync feature in the future — we will update this policy first and describe exactly what changes and why.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the app's data practices change. Any change will be reflected in an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, an in-app notice.
